Collection and compilation of data regarding sales of petroleum products at fuel stations, sales to government departments, to the British bases, to bunkers and to other customers. The closing stocks at the end of the month are also reported. Additionally, the tables present the volume of petroleum products imported directly by the Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC) and by the manufacturing industry.
Data is collected via a purposely designed questionnaire which is sent by the respondents to the Statistical Service of Cyprus electronically.

The results are announced by a Press Release on CYSTAT's and Eurostat’s websites. They are available since the year 2003.
