Why is the Survey on ICT and e-Commerce in Enterprises important?
The statistics produced based on ICT data, give important information regarding the use of information and communication technologies by the enterprises. The data collected refer to the access and use of the internet, e-Commerce, Invoicing, use of Cloud Computing, Big Data analysis, ICT Specialists and Skills, Internet of Things, use of 3D printing technologies and the use of Robotics. The results of this survey are a valuable tool for the government and other bodies in forming policies and implementing actions and regulatory plans regarding the usage of Information and Communication Technologies in our country.
Consequently, participation in the ICT survey is important and contributes to the improvement of the degree of implementation of ICT and e-commerce in enterprises, thus improving the quality of services provided to citizens and by extension the quality of our lives.
